A single wood‑fire pit, white‑glove service, and the deep spice of Bhutan — we craft nights that linger like the last glow of dusk.

From red chili to cardamom, every dish is a map of the eastern Himalayas.
The hearth is our heart — a living flame that roasts, warms, and gathers.
Warmth. ritual. seasonality. detail. rooted in Bhutanese tradition.
Four movements of the evening
From the moment you step inside, every detail is orchestrated around the hearth.

A warm cloth, a cup of butter tea, and the first glimpse of the fire. The ritual begins.
Slow fire feast
Seven courses, each one kissed by the hearth. Ema datshi, momos, grilled meats, mountain herbs.
Golden hour pairing
Ara, Bhutanese rice wine, or aged single malt alongside each course. Guided by our sommelier.
Ember & departure
A final cup of Suja, a personal note, and a small jar of mountain honey to carry the warmth home.
