Arrival & ember

A warm cloth, a cup of butter tea, and the first glimpse of the fire. The ritual begins.


Slow fire feast

Seven courses, each one kissed by the hearth. Ema datshi, momos, grilled meats, mountain herbs.


Golden hour pairing

Ara, Bhutanese rice wine, or aged single malt alongside each course. Guided by our sommelier.


Ember & departure

A final cup of Suja, a personal note, and a small jar of mountain honey to carry the warmth home.
